The Space
In the studio apartment we have given provision double bed for a couple.

04 seater comfortable sofa and wooden table in the apartment and 1 workstations given if some guest like to some office work while sitting on it.

You can order any meals for breakfast or lunch or dinner from swiggy or zomato or ubereats or nearby restaurants etc which u can get within 30 minutes time frame of ordering and even cook in the kitchen which is fully operational.

If you need maid she can will come as per your requirements for the cleaning & dusting services on alternate days to make the apartment neat, clean and maintained plus utensils cleaning which will charged extra. The lady is verified working staff carrying I'd and pass.

Access to our Condo
• You will be provided with 01 set of Main Door
• Mr Himanshu or Mr Gaurav will meet you at the apartment, to do the check-in and show you around the apartment, as well as tell you about the area and answer any questions you have.

Check –In Details
• 2 Pm to 6 Pm (Post this Additional Charges will be applied)

Check-Out Details
• 11 Am (post this additional charges will be applied)
• Please leave the apartment as you found it (Neat n Clean)
• Please switch off all the lights/fans/AC etc.
• Please lock all the window and door.
• Please place used towels on the bathroom.
• Please strip the beds and place dirty bedding on the floor next to the bed. Mr Himanshu or Mr Gaurav will also do the check-out on your day of departure, at 11am if time taken extra them next day rental will be charged – unless an alternative time is agreed.

• Please throw the waste in the dust bins only and keep the waste outside the apartment and cleaning people will collect.

Air Conditioners
• Please ensure all window and door are closed before you turn it on.
• Please also turn it off if you are leaving the apartment
• AC’s and Led TV remotes will be handed over to the Guest at the time of Check-in and will be handed over by guest at the time of check out

Kitchen
• The equipment (Microwave , Gas Stove and hot induction plate and Kettle) in the kitchen is easy to use, wherein you can make Tea, Maggie, Pasta & Omelette and other routine food as kitchen is fully operational.

Laundry
• We provide one additional Spare linen which can be found in the Wardrobes & Additional towels are provided based on the guest request which is chargeable.

Entertainment
• For your leisure time we have installed 40 Inch Smart LED in Bedroom Area with Airtel Connection and Prime / Zee5 which you can enjoy as per your convenience.

We always do complete Sanitization and Proper Cleaning of the Studio Apartment once guest check out for the Next Guest Safety and Precautions

Its not a party place so you can't book the place to throw a party coz our apartment is in a society. Guest need to share Aadhar Card Copies before checking
