I had scheduled a trip and stay at Marriott. India and Pakistan started war during stay. Given circumstances, I wanted to cancel my stay. Marriot refused to cancel and all my money got waste. The lack of empathy and thoughtful on behalf of Marriot is appalling specially given circumstances that are act of god. I will never stay there and they should be banned from Expedia as they do not have similar philosophy as Expedia.
