Room was spacious and decent. A little loud sometimes at night but overall the stay was good and staff were there to assist. Needs a little love in some areas of the hotel. Will recommend this to tourist and locals.

Not of Hyatt Global standard but if it is available at discounted rate, it’s value for money . Some maintenance issues . like the door access stopped working as the lock aux battery wasn’t work . secondly , bathing , excess water over flowing and not seeping properly . hotel is centrally located. near a metro station to access to CBD of New Delhi is good

Room was very dirty even they don’t provide hand towels. We requested three times for hand towels laundry Contractor not came yet also swimming pool was not working, but they charge full price. I also paid extra for the breakfast.

We booked because they had a great outdoor area and pool. Both were unavailable and appeared to have been for some time. When I asked about it I was continually pushed from person to person. Once I checked out they offered me a complimentary lunch for the next day! I was in a different city by then. Felt very orchestrated and SOP

The cleanliness of the place is severely lacking — even the toilet was clogged upon arrival. Although a service technician was called, the issue remains unresolved. Additionally, the air conditioning is barely working, and we noticed a roof leak in the hallway leading to our room. Considering the amount we paid, the quality of service and overall experience fall far short of expectations. Even during the breakfast buffet, we had to wait over an hour just to receive a cup of coffee after placing our order with the staff.
