There is no elevator on premises. If you staying one night for early morning flight than this is a good place. Not suitable for elderly people. Too many steps criss-crossing everywhere … more like a maze. Linens and towels are not the greatest. They don’t provide bottle water , you can get them at a cost . Sonu Singh is a great guy on the phone to chat with . Street food vendors right outside the front of the hotel , makes it too noisy. Hey but for 1200 INR per night you get a bed and running water.

A worst stay ever experienced

This is a terrible hotel. Hotel has 0% hospitality, staffs are friendly, terrible breakfast, rooms are poor in condition, bed sheet, pillow case and every thing in the rooms dirty and stinky. I do not understand why these worst categorybof hotel has been available on line. Hotel website is misguided the cutomers. I do not recommend this hotel and hope hotels.com also do not recommend to your valued guests.

On the app it said I would be paying 14 a night. When I got there they overcharged me for my stay and I didn’t even get there until 8am so I only stayed 2 nights. They charged me double what it would have been on the app over $60 when it should have been around $35-$40. I would never stay here again.

It does the job for the price

I'm quite conflicted in my review! The hotel is new and some rooms were literally still being built. However, it meant my room was really nice and new, clean and tidy. The bed was comfy and big. For location it served my purpose perfectly, 15 min walk to metro, 10 min taxi to terminal. However, AC only worked 1/3 days and only cold air (it was actually quite cold while I was in Delhi and the "balcony" door had a gap, so was drafty). I only got hot water 1/3 days. The bathroom door got stuck with me inside! The check-in and checkout experience was not the best. Breakfast is served in the room and was very nice. Be aware, it is not continental! That didn't bother me as I like Indian breakfast. The price was very reasonable, you can communicate over WhatsApp.
