Lovely property in a very modern area. Little bit out of the main city but an Uber/taxi takes care of that easily and cheaply. Great location to be close to the airport. Staff were amazing as expected and the breakfast one of the best we've experienced anywhere

It was walking distance to shops and restaurants. I did not like that they only give one key per room. My husband and I traveled together with our toddler, and we needed an extra key. Also, we checked out and paid for a driver at the hotel to take us to the airport. When we got to the airport, someone walks up to the driver and says something. My husband and I did not understand and the person starts helping us with our luggage. He immediately charged us 500 rupees. The driver could have asked us if we needed help and that it would cost money.

The only thing I do not like is when they forgot to pick up my sister. My sister booked me and her to be picked up. Our time of arrival is different but they either ignore or did not back read my sister email to them.
