Mansion in Deil by River Linge

This authentic 2-bedroom mansion in Deil (Geldermalsen) is set on a Noordenhoek estate, which is bordered by a meander of the river Linge. The mansion has a private terrace to linger and soak in the picturesque views. A family or group can stay here in comfort.

The rural and peaceful area known for its orchards offers plenty of walking and cycling options. Canoeing on the Linge is possible too. At 1 km, you have the town center with supermarkets and restaurants. You can go for walks and for sunset watching by the lake at 1 km. The towns of Beesd, Geldermalsen, or Culemborg is definitely worth it.

The mansion is tastefully decorated and has a central heating facility. There is a large kitchen with French doors to the terrace, which offers a great view of the countryside. The seclusion of the trees in the garden surrounding the mansion offers plenty of privacy. Children can romp and play outdoors with a shared trampoline in place. A pet is allowed for a small additional fee.

Die Verkabelung ist jedoch vorhanden und funktioniert einwandfrei. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön, wir sind den Linge entlang gefahren.

Die Ankunft war sehr freundlich und wir wurden - wie auch andere Reisende es schon angekündigt haben - mit köstlichem Apfelkuchen und selbstgemachtem Apfelsaft begrüßt. Da fängt der Urlaub genau richtig an! Das Kutscherhaus ist absolut gemültich - wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Umgebung ist für´s Radfahren bezaubernd. Es gibt viele schöne Radstrecken und es macht viel Freude, an der Linge entlang die Gegend zu erkunden.

Die Lage der Remise auf einem Landgut an einer Mäander des Linge übertraf die Erwartungen an ruhige, grüne und wechselnde Ausblicke, und dennoch an viele Einrichtungen (Geschäfte, Restaurants) und andere schöne alte Dörfer, die wir erkundet haben. Das Kutschenhaus ist sehr nett und originalgetreu, aber nicht immer so gemütlich zB die Korbstühle (zum Glück viele Kissen vorhanden), die sehr hohe Küche, die vielen Stufen von Innen nach Außen. nicht wirklich ein Problem für uns aber möglicherweise für weniger mobile Leute ...
