This chalet on the site of an old mill offers you an exceptional natural environment. A large pond of almost one hectare crossed by a small stream for you only allows you to observe nature or fish.
This chalet consists of a living room with equipped kitchen, oven and hob, microwave,. A bathroom with bathtub, toilet and sink. A bedroom with 1 bed 140 and 1 bedroom with 1 bed 140 plus 1 bed 90. A covered terrace facing south facing the pond and a covered terrace for meals with an outdoor fireplace.
A moment of pleasure with fishing on site and many possibilities for tourist visits in the Perche. The pond very little fished for 20 years is well populated with common carp between 2 and 6 kilos and also roach and perch. NO KILL only.
