Amazing staff, amazing location

Disclaimer: my 6 year old son wrote some some of this because of how much he liked the hotel. Very nice hotel, the top quality was the staff. They are very very nice and helpful, especially that I had family with me, they helped with the kids a lot, with parking and taking car out when we needed it, always with a smile on their face. Nice simple Hungarian breakfast selections The hotel rooms are very comfortable and good size for families. Nice corner for kids to play some games My son really liked the spaghetti bolognaise and generally the restaurant menu was amazing, we ended up ordering room service every night My son really liked the comfy beds and pillows😄 The place was very neat.

The room cleaning service was terrible the front desk staff was helpful but gave the wrong information about parking I ended up have a ticket when asked about the coffee capsules in the room they said we only fill once on your arrival then you are on your own which is really not a 5 star standard it’s over all not a very friendly city

A new very nice and clean hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The sky bar is very nice. Breakfast was great. Staff of the hotel were all very friendly. I had no time to test the Restaurant, but the on the menu it was enough very nice and tasty food. The hotel manager is doing a great job. 👍
