Résidence proche du golf de Deauville et à 15 minutes à pied du centre. Très bon emplacement et calme. La piscine est ouverte et chauffée. Parking extérieur ou intérieur disponible et inclus dans le tarif. Personnel accueillant. Je recommande vivement.

Family stay for 3 days

Appartment was fine but furniture outdated. But in all fairness, that is less of an issue when it was cleverly planned and kitchenette was well-equipped. Cleaning could have been better though. Pool area nice and the pool was heated which made the kids stay in forever. There isn't any kind of store or restaurant at the property which means that one needs to drive to the village to get anything, even just some milk or ice cream. Wifi was really bad, but on family holiday, that may actually be a good thing! ;-)

Weekend Trip

The area is great and the staff is very nice. However it is a very long walk to the beach and restaurants in town. The rooms are run down with repairs that are not very professional. The walls are very thin so you do hear your neighbors. It's difficult to find a room to accommodate five people and there is definitely plenty of room. Also the Internet was not free and did not work very well we were told we could use up to five devices only a couple of us actually were able to get on the Internet and then only the first day. If you don't plan on staying around in the room very much and and have a large family it's definitely a good place to lay your head.

We were in town to participate in a triathlon. We appreciated very much that the hotel let triathletes check out very late (after 7pm) so we could still use the room after the race to clean up!

Self-catering apartment

Nice location, quiet, with balcony overlooking the communal outdoor pool and jacuzzi. Town not within walking distance, so needed to take the car to get anywhere. The bedroom was extremely small, and beds very uncomfortable - very hard with thin mattresses, so ended up sleeping on the sofa-bed in the lounge. However, weather was fabulous, and Deauville is a great town with great beach, with masses of good eating places and shopping.

Poor - very poor and disappointing experience

1) Rooms are out of date, small and not very practical - e.g. no wardrobes beds just fit in the rooms, bathroom is tiny, furniture dated. 2) Hotel service opens at 9am and closes at 9pm 3) You have to ask for everything, no ironing boards and the irons are very cheap versions, be careful with your clothes 4) staff not very helpful and didn't care, we asked for a receipt of our stay, they told us to send an email?!?! I'm sure that this will be my first and last stay at Pierre & Vacances - there's so much better choice if you look better than I did.

We found our apartment was adequate but would have benefited from some maintenance. Loose and poorly maintained fixtures such as loose taps, toilet roll holder at an incline, bathroom spotlight couldn't be turned on, sofa bed mechanism damaged. I could go on...

Nice resort and well priced

There was a little issue with our room on arrival, we were late but informed the hotel of this fact, they told us our key would be in the safe but it wasn't. Even so we called the hotel and there was an emergency key within the safe which we used so the matter was sorted relatively quickly and there was no change to what we booked. The hotel staff were pleasant and helpful. The location was pretty good for the Normandy landing sites (which was our reason for going) and the price was great (£140 for 2 people for 3 nights) and it the resort was really nice for the price. Apart from the initial mess up it was great - 4*.

Our stay was in February and the room was very cold and could not be warmed due to insufficient heating. The furniture was also battered, with pieces missing. The bathroom and toilet had to be cleaned before use (the toilet smelled bad).

Pierre et Vacances Hotel Du Golf Deauville

Nice hotel and comfortable rooms. Covenient for Deauville, but only by car. You will have to drive everywhere. Not sure why you have to pay for parking onsite, this seems a bit of a cheek, but it was a nice holiday and it probably would not put me off going back.

Établissement correct, très belle piscine chauffée bien entretenue. Mais 2 points négatifs : Réception fermée 2 jours consécutifs et impossible d’utiliser l’ascenseur. On doit monter un étage pour le récupérer. Les autres jours: horaires spécifiques pour accéder à la réception et à l’ascenseur.

De la fiente d'oiseau devant la porte d'entrée non nétoyée pendant tout le séjour même après l'avoir signalé à l'accueil. Draps de lit sales et ménage du studio douteux. Accueil ouvert à des horaires très limités et pas toujours quelqu'un présent sur ces horaires. On nous avait promis de changer les draps et nettoyer devant la porte rien n'a été fait en trois jours. Bref expérience et prestations en dessous de tout. le passage d'une inspection sanitaire serait à prévoir.
