Would never recommend this hotel. Dogs were barking non stop in someone’s room. Took 30 minutes to find someone to check us in. Phone on desk said to call zero. It was busy for 20 minutes. Finally found cleaning lady to call someone. Lady finally came and was apparently sleeping. Asked to be far away from barking dogs and she said they didn’t have any more rooms available. Another couple waited an hour to try and check in and they left and came back. I asked to cxl our rooms, but said we were after cut off of 3:00pm, it was 3:05pm and would not refund us. We walked out!

This was the worst hotel experience we have ever had. The experience was so bad that I have tried to write this review three times and keep running out of characters. So here is a list of what happened. 1. Given wrong room which was literally trashed like a party had gone wrong. 2. Upon getting correct room, noticed that it seemed dingy, dirty, run down and didn't match the online pictures. 3. At bedtime uncovered a nasty yellow spot on one bed and a black hair on the other. 4. Went to the front desk for assistance and was told there was nothing they could do until housekeeping came in the morning. They wouldn't even give us clean sheets or banket to put on ourselves. 5. Asked to speak to the manager and was simply given an email address and told to email them. 6. Made other arrangements for the night. 7. After no response to email, we called for to get a phone number the next day and was told by same rude guy that have to call back at 11;00 because he didn't have a number. 8. We called back and finally got a number for the manager, Cindy. 9. Left a message for Cindy. 10. No call back. 11. Called the hotel a final time and left a message with a person for manager (Cindy) to call. 12. It's been a week, and we still have not heard from anyone. 13. Finally, we had to dispute the charge on our credit card. Never stayed a night there and never heard from the manager. DO NOT stay here. Not worth $1 let alone the $150+ per night.

The room was dirty and dingy with mold in bathroom. Hot tubs were not available yet they still charged a fee. We had to ask for toilet paper… not happy about that. Parking was haphazard at best. Breakfast was not good either. Way overpriced.

Our Toilet would not flush due to the tank not fillingnwith water. We went to the front deak and told them. He said they would have the maintenance guy fix it. When we got back that evening the toilet worked. We used it the next morning amd it wouldnt work. Talked to them when we checked out and he told us that they had fixed it. Wrong.

From our experience, there is only one staff on hand (one in the AM and one in the PM). Expect waits but staff are very friendly. Breakfast options were not great. Cereal was old. Out of date rooms. Hot tubs are very close to parking lot in a very tight/secluded area. Property does not have an updated design

Loved the location of this hotel. We got the hotel a bit earlier than our friends and there was one other car in the parking lot--so we asked to check in early but was told it was going to be $20 to check in 90 minutes early. That was a bit frustrating but overall would stay again.

We booked here for the great rate. Reviews said very good and they did not lie. Clean, quiet, friendly service, outdoor hot tubs. Breakfast is very basic, but again, the rate can't be beat. Minor complaint is not a stick of grass for dogs without walking a ways. Overall very good value!

The hotel is an average. We had issue with the toilet. I had to take my son to lobby restroom. Hotel couldn't get us another room. We had to wait until the issue was resolved.

Stay was great! Just a quick drive from Deadwood. Was WAYYY cheaper than hotels in Deadwood. Nothing fancy but was a place to sleep and the continental breakfast was really good. We enjoyed the hot tub both nights we were there too.

Fix it!

Have stayed at that location annually for a decade. The 3 amazing Jacuzzis with turbo jets were broke down(none worked), half full or luke warm(some all three). One was warm enough to sit in but had "floaties"! Breakfast was sparse, no fruit or yogurt or more healthy selections.
