Easy access to downtown DeLand 2 min drive or 10 min walk . 30 min drive to Daytona Beach and less than an hour to Disney. It has an easy keyless entry and 1 step up. bathroom is is large enough to include a washer and dryer.Kitchenette has all you need for your morning coffee, snacks, and leftovers from our fabulous downtown restaurants. You also have access to the fenced courtyard to enjoy.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchenette and a patio, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

We were in town to watch some college baseball. Peggy greeted us when we arrived and made us feel welcome. The Mini Monarch is a quaint place with all the amenities needed for a few days’ stay.This was our first trip to Deland and we enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Little Bungalow

Needed a place to stay so I could visit with my daughter who attends Stetson University. This was 5 mins away- perfect location. As soon as my daughter saw the place, she wanted to stay the night with me instead of her dorm. As soon as you open up red gate door, you are welcomed into a warm and happy place. Good Vibes Only! Special touches all around. Perfect for single/couple who want something different from a hotel stay. 5 stars- Would definitely stay again!
