Walk to restaraunts and grocery store. Secure building, 9.5/10 scale safety rating neighborhood. Beach front. New SS appliances, cable, wifi, laundry on each floor. Very Clean, credit card deposit $500, max occupants, 2-3. Must have excellent credit and references, Unit is 4 on 5 scale.
