The kitchen had plenty of dishes, cookware and silverware along with scissors and cooking utensils. The kitchen was so functional that we ate in all but 2 nights. The bed was comfortable. The furniture was in great shape and comfortable. The fridge had a water and ice dispenser. A roll of papertowels, rolls of toilet paper and a couple bars of hand soap were provided. The view was spectacular. We watched ospreys and pelicans fly by at eye level. Even a parasailor flew by. There were plenty of bath towels, beach towels and beach chairs for the 2 of us. The pool was warm and clean with lounge chairs. Aruba is in a great area with a Publix supermarket nearby. The host provided excellent check-in and check-out instructions trhough a a nice, easily accessible webpageAruba 1203 was a delight.

Great condominium, great stay

Everything was great, great location, great new property, all things are new, very clean, beds very comfortable, kitchen well stocked, great views of the ocean. Just very happy with the stay. Thanks for a great family vacation!! Truly enjoyed it!!

Vacation 2024

We decided to vacation somewhere totally new this year! Overall we LOVED the property , however it was not clean when we got there . There was an “adult” stain in the master bed , which I addressed with the property manager and there was also a roach found in one of the other bedrooms. That will not deter us from staying here again though in all honesty. It is a great property over all and we truly enjoyed our stay.

Relaxing, clean condo

This was a great condo and community. Loved the security of the locked facility. Nice ramp to the beach that is not too steep. Very clean and comfortable for all of us in the condo. Great balcony and outdoor furniture! Would definitely like to rent this condo again! Thanks for having us!

Best vacation in years

The Aruba was amazing! Plenty of space in the condo, the Balcony was big and provided a great ocean view! The pool is big and there were enough chairs. I have a spinal injury so I really appreciated the sloped walk to the beach access. Check in and check out were a breeze and the property managers stayed in touch throughout the week to make sure we were comfortable. 5 Stars!!!

Beautiful Condo -great location

We had a great vacation here- beds are comfortable, very spacious condo, easy access to car by elevator into garage. Large bathrooms, great views, and a great location to everything Daytona. Hope to visit again!

Loved it!

I would definitely stay at Aruba 1203 again! The view is AMAZING! The description said two king beds and one queen, but it was only one king and two queens, which wasn’t that big of a deal. I was happy to see there was beach towels, tent, and few other things that were left for our use, but wish we would have known before so we could have packed lighter. Definitely will be booking another stay!

First Daytona vacation

The property was updated and well kept. We have stayed in many condos at various beaches in Florida and my husband remarked, and I agreed, that this was his favorite! We enjoyed the fact that the bedrooms had carpeting and the beds were comfortable. There were beach towels, chairs and even a canopy for us to use on the beach! The view and the beach were beautiful and not overcrowded. The pool was nice and so was the hot tub. We would recommend this home to anyone and, if we come back to Daytona, will definitely try to stay here again

Family Vacation 2021

We enjoyed our stay at The Aruba Condominium s in Port Orange. The condo was beautifully styled and furnished. Very clean and new. Only suggestion we have is that the entrance codes for the pool door did not work. You needed the key. Why have a code pad if it won’t work if it’s locked with a key. A little inconvenient. We would definitely stay here again.
