Nice view and host

Beautiful view and building/location; very responsive and helpful host! We feel that the unit needs to be updated. Checkout also requires that guests wash towels and sheets before leaving, even after charging for cleaning fees. That was hard for us to do and very disappointing. Otherwise, we greatly enjoyed the stay and would recommend!

This is one of the cleanest rentals we have ever reserved. The owner was kind, professional, and responded to Qs quickly. We loved the less-busy Ormond Beach.we highly recommend this condo and the area!!

A Great Escape!

Oceanside on Ormond Beach is slow and easy and beautiful. The condo was well equipped, comfortable, and clean, and the owner was very responsive to my requests. The light colored upholstery and carpet needs updating.

Wonderful!

We found this listing last minute while fleeing the gulf during Helene. Reba was very quick to communicate and so helpful! Condo was clean, decor and furniture were very nice, and the view was spectacular.

Stunning Condo!

This condo was everything we hoped for and more. The location is absolutely perfect, right on the beach and on the 11th floor. The views were breathtaking. Watching the sunrise over the ocean while having our morning coffee on the balcony was a wonderful start to each day. The condo itself was beautifully updated and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beach is just steps away, and the provided chairs and umbrellas made it easy to enjoy a relaxing day in the sun. My mom and I had an absolutely wonderful time. Great location!!

Wonderful location!!!...GREAT view!! ...AND ...loved the "little things" the owner left for us.. just in case you forgot something. Our full size quad cab F-150 was just a little too tall for the underground parking and the spot was "tight". However, there is plenty of uncovered parking in the main parking lot. .

Daytona Beach Dance Nationals

My family stayed in this amazing beachfront condo for 7 nights while in town for a national dance competition. The condo was amazing! The residents were nice, the private balcony, pool, and beach access gave us everything we needed to both have fun and relax during our stay. The host was highly communicative and service oriented. I would recommend for any age range

Absolutely perfect

We had never been to Ormond Beach before and decided to give it a try. Let me start with the location. In our opinion it was as good as it gets. Grocery store and Dunkin less than a 2 minute drive away. Restaurants probably 5 minutes away. And the busier Daytona Beach was a 10-15 minute drive. The beach was never crowded which was very nice. Now for the condo. It was spectacular. When I say it was spotless I’m telling you it was spotless. It had so many things provided from kitchen accessories to towels to beach equipment that we didn’t have to worry about anything. I had a couple questions that were promptly answered. Check-in was a breeze, and check-out was the same. If you’re looking for a perfect condo then this is the place for you. 10/10

Perfect place for a weekend getaway

We were very pleased with the apartment and were coming in for my daughter's senior trip. Reba, the homeowner, had something in the fridge for us and a welcome card to help us celebrate, which was a very nice touch. The apartment and the building and the pool and the beach were all wonderful, and we would very happily stay here again, and likely will!

Fabulous

Clean, lovely decor, beautiful view of sunrise and sunset. Appreciate all of the extra amenities. (Shampoo, hand soap, Kleenex, etc) Didn’t mind stripping the beds but laundry should be part of housekeeping charge. Would love to come back!
