I also felt uncomfortable with how we were treated, as if we might not pay. I work hard, run my own business, and would never behave that way. The next day, I was told an incident report would be made, but the manager was not aware of the full situation and offered only a $50 credit, which felt dismissive. We ended up leaving early. This situation was avoidable and handled poorly."
