An attractive, mainly detached, period three storey house located in the Conservation Area adjacent to the river (Dawlish Water) and within easy walking distance of the beach and all local amenities.
It stands in a very prominent position facing the river and has some lovely features such as the bay windows, balconies and small riverside patio.
Recently renovated, this house has a bright fresh interior.
The space
Ground foor: Front door takes you to stairs leading to main house and a door taking you into a small bedsit. The bedsit has a sofa bed, small kitchen and bathroom with electric shower. the gates next to the front door take you down a narrow tunnel which accesses the garden next to the Brook.
First Floor: large lounge, dinning room, kitchen with outside terrace, main bathroom.
Second Floor: 1 large double room, 1 twin room, 1 small twin and a toilet.
