The rooms were very spacious and clean. Great Filipino buffet breakfast every morning with different menu everyday. It is a walking distance from Gaisano Mall, which was very convenient. The staff were very pleasant and very helpful. I requested a room change and they were very accommodating. The customer service was excellent and had a very pleasant experience with them during my stay. I would definitely recommend.

The staff were very accommodating . They work hard to clean it. THe decor is.very dated There are no drawers, just a cupboard with shelving and a rod with 6 hangers. The breakfast buffet is substantial and varies daily. The restaurant service is a bit slow, but the food.is tasty. We had.a nice view.

Difficult to walk to the mall though it is one street away. Lack of sidewalks and vehicles blocking pedestrians forcing to walk on busy street. During peak hours, there is competition for any services due to medical school and elementary school students converging along with tourists and visitors.
