This was a beautiful home! An amazing view. Coffee on the patio with the sound of waves crashing. A perfect stay for our 80th birthday celebration. Google low tides if you want to walk on the beach. No AC but the home stayed cool with windows open and the sounds of crashing waves was the best for falling asleep.

Awesome ocean white noise out the back door.

Perfect location. Good security. Spacious. Quiet space. Easy access to outlet mall and plenty of eating options within minutes. Definitely best beach house I’ve ever been in.

Beachfront retreat

This house was perfect for a relaxing beach vacation. Steps from the beach and all the amenities in the house were perfect. Management was super responsive and communicative. We would definitely come back!

Girls beach get away 2025

The location on the beach of this place is excellent. Tide does determine when you have a beach. I would recommend the place.We did have a problem getting in due to dead batteries in the door lock, but a person was sent to get us into the place.

*** Great Beach Home ***

Our stay at this beach house in Dana Point was absolutely perfect! The location couldn’t have been better—just steps from the beach with stunning ocean views from every angle. The house was impeccably clean, spacious, and incredibly quiet, making it the perfect getaway. We loved how peaceful and relaxing the atmosphere was, and the ample space made it comfortable for everyone. Everything was well-maintained, and we truly felt at home. Without a doubt, we will be returning for our next stay. Highly recommend!

Relaxation Spot

It was a fantastic long weekend, the beach house had the perfect view where every morning enjoying coffee on the patio. The house was more spacious than we thought, and had everything we needed. We were already trying to figure out when we want to come back.

Our stay at Capistrano Beach…

The place was beautiful and well-equipped and spotlessly clean. We couldn’t have been any closer to the Pacific without getting wet! The neighborhood was lovely and quiet. Super easy access to downtown Dana Point.

Beachfront Home with Waves and Sunset Views

We were there for our son’s wedding, great location. Beautiful view and clean home (only one thing I noted that needs to be addressed). Would come back. 4-Stars given due to the difficulty of entering guard gate (even after signing contract for 2-cars and family members names). This took time (2-days in) to take care of and finally got straightened out, but when you’re on vacation this is the last thing you should be worrying about (plus I had my Son’s wedding to tend to).

Great location/technical difficulties

We had a wonderful stay. The property was beautiful and having the ocean right out the back door was just what we wanted. It had everything we needed. The only issue we had was getting our guest through the gate. The guard gate did not have their info and it was almost impossible to get someone from property management to call them directly. Calling Vacasa, they gave me the run around. It was the guard who gave me a direct number to someone who ultimately got my guest in. All in all, we had an amazing stay and will definitely consider returning. We even had daily visits from a sea lion. So cute!

Phenomenal Beachfront Retreat!

We stayed here for a few nights for out anniversary and it very much met expectations. The 3 bedroom unit was spacious and the views - especially of the sunset - were as advertised. We enjoyed coffee in the morning and drinks at night while watching seals, dolphins, pelicans, right from the back door. Everything for check in was straightforward - the property could've been a little cleaner, but it was adequate and had absolutely everything needed. I will say that the high tide comes up close so sometimes there was no beach to walk on; but it was absolutely stellar when the tide was lower to walk along the beach from the back door. So if you are expecting kids to always get to play in the sand, this might not work out that way. Would definitely stay in this unique place in a great location again!
