The house is in a quiet location. It stands on a 316 sqm plot with a terrace. Garden furniture is available. A parking space is located directly at the house. The house is very idyllic and 84 square meters. Dogs are welcome. WiFi is new.

The Baltic Sea or the beach is easy to reach on foot. The beach is approximately 500 meters away. The bedroom overlooks the Baltic Sea. The “Damper Promenade” is also about 500 meters away. There is also a bakery, an Edeka and the Baltic Sea restaurant.

The house is particularly suitable for holidays with children. There is a travel cot, a high seat, card and board games.

The cottage is with a fireplace. The firewood is available.
Our house is comfortably furnished. On the ground floor, the hallway leads into the bathroom with shower, sink and toilet and into the living room where there is a comfortable seating area and a nice dining area. Flat screen TV available. Radio / CD players are also included. A new and modern direct electric heating is installed. A fireplace completes the equipment.

You enter the kitchen from the living room. The kitchen is newly furnished. Plenty of dishes and cooking utensils are available. Dishwasher and washing machine are available. Toaster coffee maker, kettle are also included.

You can also access the terrace from the living room. Garden furniture is available here.
There are 2 bedrooms on the upper floor and a spacious closet for laundry and clothing in the hallway between the bedrooms. A second television is connected in the large bedroom. Bed linen and towels necessary.

Damp is located on the Schwansen peninsula on the Baltic Sea. It lies between Kappeln and Eckernförde and is also known under the former name Damp 2000.
Damp has one of the most beautiful Baltic Sea beaches in Schleswig-Holstein with ideal bathing conditions for all ages. There is a kilometer-long beach that is ideal for walking, jogging, playing beach volleyball and much more. A new water park (discovery pool) was opened in July 2014. There is a water ski track 300 meters away.
In Damp a local accommodation tax of 3% of the accommodation fee per person per night is charged.
Children are free (under 16 years).

Wir wollten ein Haus nahe am Südstrand und genau das hatten wir bekommen mit allem, was man zum Leben benötigt. Eine voll ausgestattete Küche, ein Duschbad in einer angenehmen Größe, Schlafstätten, die unseren Ansprüchen genügten, ein Wohn- und Essbereich, der auch einer 5-köpfigen Gruppe gereicht hätte. Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Es ist ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus, welches sehr gut eingerichtet ist. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt auf jedenfall. Waren mit 3 Kindern zwischen 3 und 9 Jahren dort. Sehr unkomplizierter Check-In und Check-Out. Einzig die Matratzen haben ihre Lebensdauer überschritten, dies wurde aber dem Gastgeber auch schon mitgeteilt.Es war ein wirklich sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Eine Erhohloase

Wir waren 2 Wochen in der Vorsaison mit Familie und Hund in diesem Domizil. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Das Haus verfügt über alles was man braucht. Natur und Strand (inklusive Hundestrand) waren in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Ein herzlicher Willkommensgruß unserer Vermieter überraschte uns beim Eintreffen und symbolisierte die Gastfreundlichkeit. Dafür herzlichen Dank! In unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft befinden sich weitere frequentiert bewohnte Ferienhäuser. Rückzugsmöglichkeiten gab es, so dass auch Ruhebedürfnissen entsprochen werden konnte. Die Zeit ist sehr schnell vergangen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt - und können für das hier angebotene Urlaubsgesamtpaket eine klare Urlaubsortempfehlung aussprechen!

Kurzurlaub mit Hund in Damp

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Damp. Das Häuschen ist gemütlich eingerichtet und verfügt über alle nötigen Utensilien. Der Weg zum Strand beträgt nur 6 Minuten zu Fuß. Auch unsere Hündin war Willkommen und hat sich wohl gefühlt.

Traumhafter Urlaub

Vom 19.03.-29.03. haben wir in diesem Traumhaften Ferienhaus gewohnt. Der Kontakt mit dem Eigentümer (Vermieter) war mega. Bei uns gingen die TV's nicht. Haben dies dem Vermieter mitgeteilt und schon am nächsten Tag wurde sich drum gekümmert. Auch haben wir schon sehr lange nicht mehr in einem sauberen und so gut ausgestatten Ferienhaus gewohnt. Unsere beiden Hunde waren herzlich willkommen und auch ein kleiner Gruß stand bei unserer Ankunft für uns bereit. Dann hatten wir super Wetter und konnten uns wirklich erholen! 100% weiterempfehlung!!! Wir kommen definitiv wieder. Danke für diesen unvergesslichen Urlaub.

Sehr schöner Kurzurlaub

Wir haben unseren spontanen Kurzaufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich, mit allem ausgestattet, was wir brauchten. Die Betten sind bequem und da das Haus sehr ruhig gelegen ist, konnte man gut ausschlafen. Der Weg zum Ostseestrand, Yachthafen und Geschäftszeile in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Wir würden es jederzeit wieder buchen!

Erholsamer Urlaub mit Wohlfühlfaktor

Es war zwar unser erster Urlaub in Damp aber definitiv nicht unser letzter. Wir waren schon oft an der Ostsee aber hatten bis jetzt nicht so viel Glück mit der Unterkunft und dem Wetter . Das Haus liegt am Ende einer wenig befahrenen Strasse aber trotzdem ist es zum nahegelegenen Strand nicht weit. Alles ist in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand und wir haben uns sofort wie zuhause gefühlt. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr herzlich und wir haben schon für das nächste Jahr reserviert 🤗 Vielen Dank für den erholsamen Urlaub und die super Betreuung 😊

Traumhaft gemütliches & praktisch eingerichtetes Häuschen

Wir haben es sehr genossen in Damp! Das Haus ist total gemütlich eingerichtet und perfekt für ein paar Tage außerhalb. Wir waren als Paar über Silvester dort, um ein bisschen vor‘m Trubel in der Stadt zu fliehen. Es gibt oben zwei separate Schlafzimmer und unten den großen Wohn/Essbereich sowie eine kleine Küche. Insgesamt können gut 6 Personen dort übernachten, in jedem Zimmer gibt es jeweils eine Doppelbett sowie ein zusätzliches Einzelbett. Das Haus ist mit allen Küchengeräten, die man so braucht, ausgestattet. Ganz grundsätzlich war alles sehr liebevoll „durchdacht“, es war vieles im Haus sehr gut organisiert und lohnt sich tatsächlich, mal in die Mappe zu gucken, vor allem, damit man es schafft, den Müll rechtzeitig raus zu stellen zur Abholung, die ist in Damp nämlich nur einmal die Woche. Da wäre es vielleicht auch nicht schlecht, nochmal einen komprimierten Hinweis mit den wichtigsten Fakten was rausgestellt werden muss und was in die Tonne kann, aufzuschreiben; da waren wir am Anfang von der Menge der Information etwas erschlagen und haben dann das Wesentliche zuerst überlesen. Während unserer Reise war am Hafen eine mobile Eislaufbahn aufgestellt, die man für ein paar Euro besuchen konnte. Außerdem gibt es etwa 700 Meter entfernt ein Wellnessbad sowie etwas weiter noch ein Indoor-Fun Center mit Bowling, Billard u.v.m. Im Sommer kann man auch Wasserski bzw. Wakeboard fahren, deswegen überlegen wir, nochmal im Sommer zurückzukehren. Besonders nett war die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, der es mit uns nicht so leicht hatte, da wir im Vorfeld eine Weile brauchten, um den Mietvertrag zurück zu senden. Er war immer erreichbar, sehr freundlich und wir haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt; in der Form habe ich das in einer offiziellen Ferienwohnung noch nicht erlebt. Danke für alles, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
