Terrible service

When I arrived at the hotel, my room wasn’t ready because they had not cleaned the rooms and they didn’t know when they were clean the rooms so I asked them to refund my money and he said he would do it the next day, but my money has not been refunded.

Room was clean, grounds were clean. Staff was friendly and effective at check in. Bedding was little old school but I felt very comfortable staying here

We got there and was told they no longer allow pets even though it says online they do so they turned us away, because they haven’t updated it yet on the website. So that was great had to go find a last minute hotel which is a lot more expensive.
