★ Parking Restrictions & Vehicle Guidelines
☀Please note that oversized vehicles are not permitted, including sprinter vans, extended-length vans, vehicles designed for 10+ passengers, or any vehicle exceeding the 6`8` height clearance
☀Dually trucks or service vehicles with wide wheels or external storage containers are not allowed
☀Vehicles with aftermarket modifications such as lifts, oversized rims, or large tires are not permitted
☀For safety reasons, vehicles equipped with breathalyzers, non-standard controls, or faulty braking systems are not allowed
☀Motorcycles or tricycles without standard car-type controls are not permitted
- NO SMOKING of any kind
- NO loud parties. This is a residential building, please be respectful of the neighbors that live next door. Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Do not leave any trash, bags, or any other items outside the apartment door. The building is very strict and will impose a $75 fine per item if anything is left outside the units, especially overnight.
- Please do not stain any towels or linens. We provide makeup towels specifically for guests to use, we unfortunately will have to charge if we are unable to get the stains out of any towel or linen
