Canceled less than 24 hours before reservation

Blaming the platforms for not syncing calendars and blocking off days automatically is a very flimsy excuse. Hosts should be double-checking that.

Stay somewhere else

Walked in and there was a sour smell. Food crumbs in the kitchen around the stove and refrigerator. Cabinets were dirty. Couch was filthy and broken. Bed was hard and lumpy and pillows were old and flat. Bath towels were stained really bad. We will never stay there again.

The host did not provide any check-in information prior to our arrival, despite our attempts to contact her multiple times. We received no response and were left waiting outside the property for hours. Eventually, we had to reach out to customer service due to the lack of communication. When the host finally responded, she claimed she was unaware that she had a booking, even though we had made the reservation well in advance. As a result, customer service had to cancel the reservation, leaving us without accommodation and completely disrupting our plans.

Beware of this booking, scammer alert

I booked this a few days in advance for Mother’s Day weekend. I had a hiccup with my flight. There was a delay. I reached out to the hosts to let them know that I would be running a bit late no response at all however, I continued my travels. when I arrived in Dallas, I looked onto the app and realized that no check-in information have been provided whatsoever. The hostess did not respond to any of my messages that I sent trying to get check-in information did not return any of my calls nor did they even return the calls from Customer Service themselves. This was a huge disappointment and a serious inconvenience, especially with me traveling with children. Do not work here.
