The house was welcoming. A BIG issue was that the water in the master bath was too hot, and the doors to the sunroom could not be opened. Within hours, someone was there to fix items. The doors were fixed, and we had access to the backyard. WATER was never fixed. Huge issue with us being at the home for our son's wedding: we had 5 people showering in one bathroom due to water regulations issues, to an extreme.
