REASON - The reason we take refundable damage deposit as past few guests booked the house and did party which caused damages so we decided to take damage deposit separately.

Booked this place months in advance, only to find out the day before it would not be available for us to stay there. Communication from the host was terrible, I recommend avoiding this place.

Just bad from the start

When we arrived we tried the code to the lockbox we were given. The electronic lockbox had no power so it didn’t open. We realized the front door was unlocked so we went in. The back door was also unlocked and had frame damage. We called immediately about the front door since we could not leave the property now that we are unable to secure it. In we had to cancel plans for that night because of this. The following day someone from management told us about a physical key location and we were able to lock the front door. The house itself was not really clean. All the ceiling fans were thick with dirt. Minimal towels were provided. This place is run by a group that is not local. I looked at the most recent review before our visit and discovered the front door issue had been ongoing for three weeks and was unrepaired. This is irresponsible.

Quick stay

We had a quick trip in town for a concert. The location of the house was an easy 10 minute Uber to AT &T stadium. The house was no frills, quick and easy. There was a weird payment request for Zelle so I was initially untrusting but it ended up being legit. They took a $250 refundable deposit upfront, which is understandable. Only cons, the lock box with key is at the back door and the management company didn’t give me that information upfront. They gave me to code to the front door which had dead batteries. I was able to call the owner of the house and it was a quick fix but would have definitely been easier if they told me that initially. Great for a quick stay when you don’t plan on spending a lot of time at the house!
