Dirty, front desk smoking pot, have to call phone number to get towels , roaches, no towels . Sheet and comforter were filthy. Toilet seat ready to fall off, no shampoo or body wash in room. Had a place for a computer but no chair. But it’s close to Fort Ruckers if you can’t stay on base as a last resort. Shame on you Super 8

Room was clean, pool was still closed for year but would have been nice of was open. During chek in was told a light breakfast of muffins and Danish were available but in morning nothing was in room and a almost empty single coffee pot was in room both days stayed. When attempting to check out the clerk was again missing from front desk and door was locked door room key was slid between doors. As mentioned the room was clean and McDonald's is across the street so was good for price paid.

Killed multiple roaches during my 7 hour stay, fridge shelves were missing, beds were extremely uncomfortable, toilet was clogged on my arrival and no plunger present to remedy the situation. There was what appeared to be feces smeared on the door and wall in the bathroom Bedsheets had holes melted in them as did one pillow, no washcloths present in bathroom. Extremely disappointed. I will never stay here again.

The property was not clean. The rooms were not not checked. The bed were not made. Once we would leave for the day. And return our rooms look the same way the man working in the front desk was very unprofessional. He had on shorts and a T-shirt, slides and colorful socks no collared shirt no dress pants no dress shoes no professionalism. Our room door would not unlock with a key so we would have to come get the person at the front desk. Anytime we return to the hotel in order to enter our room and we would have to stand outside for over 10 minutes, ringing the bell and calling the hotel before we got any type of communication.

Check in was good. Had to get a second room due to roaches. The clerk didn’t hesitate to give me another room. The second room was good and clean. The cable channels are different from what I’m used too, so no complaint there really. The breakfast isn’t no breakfast, a couple of danishes with cold coffee with no cream. The American theme is neat and welcoming.
