Très insatisfaite

Bonjour, Je suis très déçue, j'ai effectué la réservation en indiquant le nombre de personne. Le montant m'a été débité et le propriétaire du logement m'a indiqué que ce n’était pas possible car mes enfants et moi étions trop nombreux. Il m'a proposé de se séparer en 2 groupe car il avait une autre chambre dans un logement, j'ai refusé car mes enfants ont 10 ans et mes jumeaux 4 ans. Je n'ai pas mis 1 orteil dans le logement, je vous ai envoyé un mail avant la date d'entrée, je vous ai contacté à mon retour en France et toujours rien. Je ne recommande pas du tout Abritel et je ne passerai plus par votre plateforme.
