die wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und gemütlich und verfügt über einen grossen balkon.zur wohnung gehört ein autostellplatz auf dem gelände von berolina. der internetzugang und das fernsehen entspricht modernster technik.praktisch und unkompliziert zu bedienen ist die waschmaschine. alle räume lassen sich durch aussenrolladen verdunkeln.bei den grossen fenstern vorne geht das elektrisch,hinten per handkurbel.die wohnung befindet sich in strandnähe.auch bäcker und lebensmittelgeschäft sind fussläufig zu erreichen. platz und schlafmöglichkeiten für bis zu 5 personen. es gibt ausreichend abstellmöglichkeiten für fahrräder.aussen und im keller. die müllentsorgung ist unkompliziert geregelt und umweltgerecht organisiert.
