This beautiful apartment on the 1st Upper floor with balcony for up to four people (+ baby) with an attractive equipment. It corresponds to modern standards and offers you a living room with a built-in kitchen integrated into the living room and a separate dining area. The apartment offers two large bedrooms, each with a double bed. The modern designed daylight bathroom and the spacious south-west balcony complete this great offer. A parking space is right in front of the house. Only small dogs may be brought into this property. Washer and dryer are in the basement of the house (for a fee).

Schöne Ferienwohnung
Die Ferienwohnung ist für 2 Personen bestens geeignet, insbesondere wenn 2 Schlafzimmer nötig sind ;)
Das notwendige Equipment zum Kochen
ist da. Moderne Ausstattung und Sauberkeit. Die Lage ist grundsätzlich gut und ruhig. Aktuell wird in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft ein Neubau mit 17 Wohnungen gebaut. Leider noch mit Baulärm verbunden . Ich würde hier annehmen, dass zumindest die Aussenarbeiten in den nächsten Wochen beendet sein sollten. (Stand 21.09.21)
