Positives: Nice little cabin. Well done with everything you need. Very quiet location.Negatives: Property lines prevented any light hiking or walking. Spiral staircase to the bedroom is not for older couples. Need to drive through a small creek to access.

I booked my stay and shortly after, there was a severe snow storm that was forecasted to take place in Dahlonega which would make my ability to access the Tiny Mansion almost impossibly if not really unsafe. There is an actual small creek that you have to drive over in order to get to the cabin, and as charming as that is, it could have also posed as a threat to safety under such icy and snowy conditions. Due to the inclement weather, the Host was happy to accommodate my reservation and help me to still be able to check in at a different day and time. I couldn't be happier to have booked this stay. I thoroughly enjoyed it. It was warm and welcoming, I was able to have some much-needed rest and time alone. The entire property was very well lit, very well maintained, and I look forward to booking the Tiny Mansion again very soon.

We spent a weekend away together celebrating our friends’ wedding and this was the perfect ride “home” after all of the fun! It’s secluded, the drive to it is beautiful, (the creek was my favorite part!), and waking up with the daylight was so refreshing. The sound machine on the nightstand was an excellent addition - we usually bring our own!The coffee bar was our favorite spot. We would chat between my getting ready and his morning (and evening) brew. The heater there kept us comfortable between our music and chatting all while still in motion for the next thing on our agenda.Thanks so much for being exactly what we needed! We’d love to visit again soon!

The cabin was great. We enjoyed our stay very much. Local cuisine was very good and Amicalola Falls was amazing. The property is very secluded and quiet, which was nice. For sure need a 4x4 to access this property. The creek you have to cross was serene, quiet and clear when we arrived. However, it rained hard the last night we stayed and that creek became a raging torrent or muddy water several feet deep. It was a little scary leaving. Our jeep is tall and luckily, we had no trouble. Had it rained a little more I fear we would have been stuck there until the water receded. But, that would have been fun too!!! True mountain experience. Five Stars!!!!

The tiny mansion was exactly what I was looking for for a quiet weekend away with my dog! The hosts provided a dog bed and bowls for us which was a nice surprise and made us feel welcomed! Dahlonega is such a cute town and it’s in close proximity to great hiking trail heads.

The Tiny Mansion turned out to be everything we needed and then some. We booked it on a whim for a short getaway and we left wishing we had planned for an extended stay. We couldn't have asked for a more peaceful and charming setting. Driving through the creek was definitely an added bonus and made the trek even more appealing. Highly recommend if you want to get away from the hectic day-to-day. Thanks again to the host! The Tiny Mansion is one for the books.

Gorgeous and Secluded

Beautiful A-frame that I fell in love with. Only an hour from Helen and it's worth the drive. A few issues with check-out and communication, but getting them handled was made easy and the woman on the phone was very nice and pleasant. GPS only takes you about 80% of the way there, but there are a few signs that you can follow. The road is a bit rocky and only one car can fit at a time, but my small SUV handled it well. We definitely want to book again!
