It is composed of two buildings, enclosed by walls, crossing by an outdoor terrace. Access is via a few steps, the main part includes the entrance, the laundry room, the living room (kitchen, dining room, living room), as well as a large bedroom with bathroom (bath and shower) upstairs. The other part includes three bedrooms on the first floor with bathroom (one with bathtub), a living room, a fitness room with sauna and hammam. The whole is 300 m2. You will be seduced from the outset by the beauty of the landscapes, their authenticity. Located in the heart of all the essential activities of the Périgord Noir, after busy days, will bring you tranquility, far from the summer hustle and bustle. In order to avoid traffic jams on the roads, from 05/07 to 22/08/2026 weekly rentals are only from Sunday to Sunday. In the 300 euros of cleaning is included hotel linen, including towels and dish towels. Departure rules: dishwasher emptied, dishes tidied and clean, bins emptied in nearby containers, dirty laundry grouped together.
