Welcome to my Rosie Villa
This is my most favorite spot in the middle of Hoi An. You will find peace and relief here while you step in. I built this home with my heart to share with you. We are located 1km away from Hoian market and the old town. This Villa itself has enough household appliances that you don’t need to go outside. 1 open kitchen, living room, bedroom and a lovely bathtub with private swimming pool where you spend your relaxing moment here..
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchenette and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a desk. Housekeeping is available on request.

Well situated and excellent host

The villa was clean and charming. A stones throw - 20 min stroll- from the old town in Hoi An and close to many good eateries and cafes. Thuy our host was super accommodating and helpful and attended to our every need. Highly recommended

Unfortunately only stayed 1 night of 6 due to our villa flooding, the owners moved us to another villa in town for 2 nights and that was lovely! We choose to not go back to the first villa as was further out of town and checked into accommodation close to town
