Staff were friendly but not 4 star in my opinion. Shower head broken leaky toilet, very very average breakfast. Beds comfy, aircon in our room only one vent was working. Minor complaints I know but definitely not 4 star

The staff was really nice and friendly. However, the hotel is pretty basic and old. Some things in the room did not work and we had to request assistance for it which was inconvenient.

Not at all what we were expecting. This is more like a 2 star hotel. Living area couch and chairs unusable and filthy. Flashing light in main area all night. No hot water. Don’t recommend staff friendly.

Hotel is really old and needs a lot of repairs, room smelled like mildew and urine. Hotel staff is very nice and helpful , breakfast is mediocre. Location is close to the beach. I definitely wouldn’t stay again at this hotel. The picture of the rooftop pool is deceiving. The pool conditions is terrible.

We loved the Sail Hotel. The morning buffet was great and the staff was so helpful to give us tips on our sightseeing. Rooms are comfortable and the location was perfect!!

Informationen bei Check-in waren dürftig, keine Karte der Stadt oder Empfehlungen für irgend etwas. Englisch war nur wenig vorhanden. Das gemietete Motorbike für 24h bekamen wir mit fast leerem Tank, bei der Rückgabe wurde fairerweise auch nicht erwartet, dass der Tank voll ist. 1.5h zu späte Rückgabe kostet die Hälfte des Mietpreises und es gab kein Entgegenkommen trotz zuvor leerem Tank. Morgenessen bestand aus fast nur lokalem Essen.
