Staff was excellent. They were friendly and helpful. Bed was the most comfortable one we have slept in while in Vietnam. Was in a quiet area, the shower was excellent.

great breakfast but

me and my family stayed this hotel like 4-5 nights. Breakfast was great! but too far from the beach, staffs were nice but they seemed they don't know what to do, gave us only 1 room key for triple bed room lol and no one actually can understand English. if you've been staying 3star hotels, you'd say this hotel is great, but this hotel was just average for 3star hotel for me and my family. Spa people kinda scam us. and as they don't speak english much, they kept changing our deals without notice. so you better book massage in some other places. and swimming pool is not that great as photos they post. no changing rooms. and you go 15th floor by lift then you have to take stairs which are slipperly. and once you ask something for house keeping it takes forever. so you have to make phone call twice. and the House keeper got in my room without notice when i was naked. so this hotel is not your best choice with this price. you should consider other 3 star hotels or 4star hotels might be better.

A worth staying hotel.

The rooms are kept in good condition & modern, looks like brand-new, but noisy due to poor sound-proof, karaoke sounds at mid-night and noise from adjacent rooms. Ants are found in toilet & near the windows.

Great hotel and staff

Great hotel, seemed that it’s very new or they just take good care of it. The room is spacious, great view of the city, especially at night. It’s also very clean and comfortable. The WiFi works very good in case you need to work. The staff is very friendly and try to help you out with anything you need. You can easily arrange a tour through the reception or rent your bike. If you get a car the parking is only available on the street in front of the hotel. The hotel is located in a safe area, very close to the beach and to all the main roads to get you to any other area of the city or get out to visit the surroundings of Da Nang. It also has a mini market 1 min away, where you can easily get snacks and water.

Amazing staff, the rooms are spacious and very clean. The WiFi works amazing, plus you can easily connect to your Netflix account on the tv. It’s located in an area close to the beach with a lot of spa and restaurant options. It’s very easy to go around and get to other places in the city. You can easily rent a bike at the hotel. If we ever come back to Da Nang, we will definitely stay here again. The breakfast though is very simple, so don’t expect anything crazy

Stayed at this hotel for 7 nights and 2 other hotels whilst in Da Nang. The staff are what make this hotel, they are always polite, smiling and willing to help in any way. The breakfast was very good. Loved the coffee machine at breakfast for a real Cappuchino too! Some nights the water in the shower was luke warm and not boiling hot which may upset some. The wifi in our room was bad borderline terrible. I had to hotspot on my phone to stream and for my work Skype calls. The wifi up on pool level was better. Our room pleasant and met expectations. The local area is nice close to a laundry, convienence stores and a mix of restaurants.

Very nice new hotel in good location. Restaurant with good inclusive breakfast. Exceptional staff very helpful and enough English to answer all your needs. Overall the hotel conditions & services were good. WiFi & water pressure were also good. However, the hotel is not near to the downtown area. If not, we would stay at this hotel again on our next visit.

Friendly staffs and clean room

We are very happy with our stay. Staffs are super friendly. Room is very new and clean. One thing is the wall or window is not so sound proof. We can hear kids or people walking and talking at the hallway and vehicle's sounds. Love the free Korean bath FYI: It only 1 time free for 1 stay. They do have 50% daily happy hour spa discount. I have to say their free breakfast is pretty good. About 10-15 mins walk to the beach and about 20 mins walk to Vincom shopping mall. There are a lot of restaurants within walking distance.

Amazing value

I expected there to be some sort of catch to this hotel. It was so cheap and the photos looked really good. But there was none! Everything was amazing. The room was spacious and clean and super comfortable. The hotel is really new but well run. I am so happy I chose to stay here! The free spa/ sauna was amazing too. Super clean and relaxing. If I'm ever in danang again I won't hesitate to come back here.

Enjoyable stay. Bed was excellent and shower room convenient. Staff polite and helpful.Spar Was very luxurious and enjoyable. Didn't expect much for the price. Only downs were that the rooftop bar and pool were not finished yet and the view from our room was of a building site. Breakfast was of good quality, but food not hot enough.

Cozy and good value

Very nice and friendly staff, good services overall. However, the room is not noise proof. From as early as 8 am in the mornings, I can hear all kinds of noises, such as renovation, house keeping, elevator, etc. Well, too bad im not a morning person, I need to sleep a little bit later than when all those noises start.

The ocean suit room was big and good. Staff are very helpful. Just the massaure need to be more well train. The massage therapist ask for tips after the massage. Feel irritatiting and massage was not good.

Getaway with friends

The hotel has nice and clean rooms that are in good condition. The only thing was that the location may not be close to many shops. Though there is a mini mart nearby and some spas nearby. It is about 15 minutes walk to the beach, which is nice too. Provides the basic needs for a good stay at a good price. The sauna (jimjilbang) was okay, could have been better.
