Room given was bad as not as the pictures posted. Lady staff was very unprofessional as I arrived only told me room was fully booked. I booked my accommodation and she WhatsApp me without informing the room was fully book until my arrivals. Bed had stain. Water in the shower was only hot for a very short time and low water pressure. I don’t understand how this property can have a good rating from trip advisor. Definitely I will not stay there ever again. I have never had this bad encounter in Hoi an after many times of travelling to Hoi an.

4family member (with a 2yrs old kid), they change my room immediately when we check in because the aircon not function well, much appreciate on this. Cook our breakfast when we wake up, so we get to eat hot fresh breakfast. staff are very friendly and helpfull. Boss and staff are friendly, willing to help on any problem we have. Speak English, easy for communicate. suitable for family stay.

I want to live here

Absolutely brilliant. Room was spacious clean and very comfortable great balcony. In a quiet location away from the hustle and bustle but still only a short 30 min stroll to Hoi An old town or use one of their free bicycles good choice of breakfast. The staff were fantastic so friendly and helpful special mention to Thi she is a star. If I ever go back to Hoi An I will be staying there, I’ll even rearrange my dates if they’re fully booked could not recommend Horizon Homestay more

close the old town

It is a nice hotel, nice straff and clean. we feel comfortable and happy to be here. The straff help us called a taxi. I exchanged the money rate at the hotel. I am very appreciate her help.

Perfect stay in Hoi An

We stayed here for 4 nights and couldnt have been happier with this accomodaion. The room was probably the best we’ve had in Vietnam. It was big, with a modern bathroom, great AC and wi-fi, and the glass doors opened up directly on to the patio/breakfast area. The bikes which are free to use are a massive bonus and a leisurely ride into town is only 10 mins, with the beach only 20 mins. Breakfast was also great, especially the banana pancake. Would 100% recommend and wouldnt hesitate to stay here agaon

Very nice Homestay - highly recommended

Staff was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was very good. You get an idea how the vietnamese live (no shoes in the house, etc.)

Good hotel

宿泊に関して問題有りません。部屋も綺麗で広くて清潔です。 旧市街までは少し離れていますが無料で自転車を借りれるので問題有りません。 ただ一つ残念なのが予約時にクレジットカードで支払ってますが 払っていないと二重請求されました。 あとでエクスペディアに連絡してもらい返金されるみたいです。 それ以外はパーフェクトでした。
