The staff at this property were amazing! They went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable and to help when one of us was unwell. Our room was huge! The enormous bed was very comfortable. The laundry service was great and was very cheap. The food was plentiful and delicious. It’s an easy walk to the lantern boats, Japanese Bridge, night market etc but is a fair way from the beach (shuttle bus provided).

The breakfast was decent and changed everyday. The AC was very loud and vent so strong even on the lowest setting you had to sleep without it. The bathroom shower was dirty and moldy and looked like the grout had never been cleaned. The room was small and tight.

Service was impeccable and very attentive. Good breakfast buffet. Room was spacious and comfortable. Walking distance to food and nearby riverside walk. They offer free bicycle usage. I would definitely stay here sgain
