Lovely people with a lovely feel.

We loved this place. It sit halfway between the old town and the beach but they have great bikes to borrow for free. It is one of those places that may be full of a local family group or may be really quiet. Either way it is a lovely easy going place. Their breakfasts which are included are a bit basic, but it is made up for by all the family members who work there to do anything for you. The place has been open about 5 months.

Brand New Facilities and Accomodating Staff

The family room we booked was spacious and clean. The staff was very attentive and made sure we were taken care of during our two night stay. Our daughters truly enjoyed the pool right outside our room each evening to cool down after a long day away.

Noisy guests

Lovely hotel although a bit far out its only a couple of dollars in a taxi to the old town or use the free bikes. The hotel is in a peaceful setting but the clientele all seem to be large groups of young Vietnamese who took over the hotel. Making noise until late at night and playing music from 6am making it difficult to sleep or relax. Also the restaurant did not have any food when we arrived despite it being open. Its a shame this hotel has potential but I'd think twice about staying if you want to relax

A brand new, beautiful, small villa style hotel.

We stayed here for 3 nights. It is truly a beautiful place. When you wake up in the morning all you hear is bird song. After breakfast we went into town or explored the areas around. Back for beer by the pool, then into town for dinner...expect TONS of tourists. So lovely to come back here after a meal in the city. (Or, you can eat here, which we did one night.) I highly recommend this hotel. I would happily stay again if I were to return to Hoi An.

Exceptional Service

Despite a couple of teething problems the management & staff pulled out all stops to ensure a wonderful stay. The level of care & attention was 5 star. Authentic & fresh, the quality of food was a pleasant surprise, equal if not better than restaurant food found elsewhere during my time in Vietnam. The rooms are spacious, clean & well appointed. The grounds & pool area are kept tidy & clean. The Hotel is approx. 3km from Hoi An but dont let this put you off staying here. Its an easy bike ride or a quick ride on a scooter into town. You pass through villages & rice fields along the way. At night you can enjoy total peace & quiet. No doubt I give this establishment & staff 5 stars.

Loved Our Stay At This Brand New Hotel in Hoi An

My fiance and I spent 3 days in Hoi An this February, and had an amazing stay at Natural Boutique Villa. Natural Boutique Villa is a newer hotel that recently opened up in Hoi An, the hotel staff are very friendly and they all speak English fluently. When we arrived at the hotel, we were warmly welcomed and greeted by all of the hotel staff and were smoothly checked-in to our room. The room was extremely spacious with a lot of windows, and kept very clean. A few steps outside our room was an infinity swimming pool. The breakfast that was served each morning was delicious, and the staff would always check tosee if there was anything we needed for the day. We felt well taken care of by Chi and her staff. The only downside of the hotel would be location, as it is about a 5km from Hoi An's "downtown" area. However, the hotel had offered free bikes for us to use for the day, and also had scooter rental services. We rented a scooter with the hotel, and loved the drive everyday through the rice paddy fields. We felt it added to the experience, and we even purposely took longer routes to see more of the village areas. Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely be staying in Natural Boutique Villa again next time we come to Hoi An.

Jammer maar helaas

Hotel is nog maar een paar jaar open, maar ziet er nu reeds versleten uit, is heel erg vervuild, en is van weinig tot geen luxe voorzien. Jammer want de de uitbaters zijn echt vriendelijk, maar hebben duidelijk andere normen ivm hygiene en kwaliteit.

Hotel a 5 minuti di taxi dal centro, molto bello ma la camera non molto pulita, tutta la struttura è nuova , bella la piscina e gentili i proprietari . La struttura non dispone di una SPA come dice il sito ma in paese ne trovate quante ne volete, il ristorante non è un vero e proprio ristorante hanno un ,menu voi ordinate e vi cucinano quello che volete ( sono molto lunghi) . Consiglio comunque l hotel per la posizione bella passeggiata vicino al fiume e alle risaie con le bici ( gratuite della struttura). Il posto è molto bello dovrebbe essere solamente un po' più pulito x intenderci ( piastrelle del bagno ricoperte dalla polvere del cemento di quando hanno terminato i lavori forse 1 mese o 1 anno prima chi lo sa !!!!

휴양을 위한. 가성비 짱인 곳.

작지만 깔끔하고 신축이라 모든것이 새것. 무료자전거도 완전 새거! 그 자전거로 동네 한바퀴 돌때의 감동이란. 영어가 능숙한 컨시어지. 분실물도 잘돌려주는 정직함. 단.모든 이동이 택시로만 가능해요. 너무 좋았던 곳입니다

too far from city

was too far from city was very noisy, could listen next rooms sound. at morning they do construction, too far from city we should take taxi all the time. nothing to do around. I went to breakfast at8:50am they said nothing to eat. recommended me piece of bread. bug sound is very noisy at night time. chicken crying whole day. one of light, we couldnt turn off, too bright, disturbed our sleep. totally was no good travel cuz of them.

Hôtel excellent a tout point de vue!

Merveilleux séjour ! Personnels souriant agréable à votre écoute. Emplacement parfait ( mi chemin entre Le vieux Hoi An et la plage ) location de Velo gratuit donc parfait. Petit déjeuner super bon Chambre impeccable Piscine et lieu de vie au top ! Je laisse jamais de commentaire mais cet endroit allez y les yeux fermés !
