My family and I stayed in the family suite with bunk beds.
Positives: resort had several restaurants and the service was excellent. During the day, the pool was almost empty. Lots of stuff to do at the resort; from bird watching to having a movie played for the kids. Breakfast bar was great and the service was even better. They were always kind and welcoming to us and our kids. Every night at turn down service the kids were given cookies.
Cons: Food missed the mark (at every restaurant); always a 6 out of 10. We even went to the Italian restaurant at Banyan Tree, and the menu was not very Italian. Poolside beverages and food were hard to come by. Can no longer apply your accord membership to the resort as they just discontinued their partnership - FYI. Pools are starting to really deteriorate; if we were to go back, I would have my kids wear pool shoes. The floor of our room always left black stuff in your feet, regardless of how often people came in to clean.
We enjoyed our stay, but not worth the money. Especially for the price of the food.
