Large, completely renovated country house with swimming pool

Our family house "Sansounet" is located in Cuq a village 20 minutes drive from the city of Agen between Toulouse and Bordeaux. This old farmhouse is fully restored combining authenticity with modernity by the combination of stone and wooden beams.

Sansounet has a large swimming pool of 13m x 7m and is surrounded by a large park of 8 hectares (4 hectares of forest and 4 hectares of land).

This authentic place is ideal for your gatherings with family or friends.

The daily markets in the nearby villages will make you discover regional quality products, local products (foie gras, duck confit etc ..), wines etc ....

We are located 1 hour by motorway from Toulouse and Bordeaux airports and 20 minutes from Agen train station.

The house has:

- 1 large terrace overlooking the swimming pool of 13x7m salt secure with underwater alarm overlooking the surrounding nature where you can relax, lunch / dinner or spend a special moment of relaxation on the sunbathing.

On the ground floor :

- 1 fully fitted kitchen with American fridge, 2 ovens, 1 induction hob 4 burners, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, dishwasher

- large living room and dining room with table for 15 people

- entrance and an independent WC

- 3 bedrooms with double beds each with Italian shower room and separate toilet

- laundry room with washing machine and ironing board

Floor:

- 1 bedroom with double bed

- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds

- 1 bedroom with 1 single bed and 1 bunk bed (sleeps 2)

- 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds (sleeps 4)
