Casa manciano is located in the hills, surrounded by vineyards and olives, in the heart of the wine growing region of the
'Verdicchio'. 1.8km below Cupramontana, a typical Italian place with all shops, restaurants and bars for an espresso or aperitivo. Our completely renovated stone house has a fantastic and quiet location, with a wonderful view of the gentle hills of the Marche. The pool 8x4 with outdoor shower is beautifully embedded in the garden, so you can relax directly at the house. The Adriatic Sea with long sandy beaches is in 30 minutes and the rocky coast of 'Monte Conero' with beautiful bathing bays in 40 minutes. reachable. The 'Lago di Cingoli', a reservoir with swimming opportunities is 15 min. away. Hikers and mountain bikers can start directly from the house or drive to the famous 'Monte Sibilini' and the 'Grand Sasso'. For the culture lovers, the numerous medieval towns such as' Urbino, Jesi, Maccerata, Ascoli Piceno, Assisi, Pesaro and Gubbio and many more offer a worthwhile visit. The fantastic grotto si Frasassi, an impressive stalactite cave is really worth a visit.
The double house side 'Alloro' with sep. Entrance (120 sqm) is completely heatable and suitable for 6-8 people. On the ground floor is a large open kitchen with a dining area for 8 people. The kitchen is very well equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee machine, espresso pot, toaster, kettle, large fridge with freezer, all cooking utensils and a lot of dishes (145x200), armchair with a small table and a separate bathroom with toilet and shower. Likewise, direct access to the terrace with garden furniture and parasol and into the garden. An external staircase leads to the upper floor with 3 bedrooms and the 2nd bathroom. 2 bedrooms have double beds (160x200), 1 room has 2 single beds (90x200). On the upper floor there is a bathroom with toilet, shower / bathtub. Each room is very comfortably furnished with antique furniture

Rundum empfehlenswert!
Tolles Haus, super Ausstattung, ruhige Panoramalage, schöner Pool, jede Menge Sitzgelegenheiten schattig und sonnig.
Absolut ungestörte Atmosphäre trotz zwei Wohnungen im selben Haus (separate Eingänge und Terrassen).
Am Ort Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants (wir haben Gina und Orietta probiert, beide gut), Cafés etc.
Sympathische und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin.
Hinweis für Läufer/Radfahrer: Der Weg vom Haus in den Ort sind ca. 2km und 250hm aufwärts, die Hälfte geschottert ;-)

Entschleunigung in wunderschöner Landschaft
Wir haben 14 Tage zu fünf Personen einen schönen Urlaub verbracht. Die Landschaft ist sehr schön und das Haus ist absolut ruhig gelegen. Anfang August war es extrem heiß. Dank des gepflegten Pools war es am Haus immer sehr erträglich. Nachts halfen die Ventilatoren, die in jedem der Schlafzimmer vorhanden sind. Haus ist gut aufgeteilt und gut ausgestattet. Pool wird regelmäßig kontrolliert und gereinigt. Die Höhlen in der Nähe sind sehr beeindruckend, Jesi eine schöne Stadt in der Nähe, gute Pizzaria im Dorf oberhalb. Ohne Auto ist im Sommer natürlich nicht viel zu machen.
