The room was not clean. There was an empty pop bottle under the bed. The carport was not clean. The pool was not serviceable. The coffee maker did not work. The staff was friendly.

Room had little flies flying around all day and night, sheets had hair on it. Dirty room. Will NOT stay here again for the price. Morning staff was nice, evening staff was NOT very nice. Just said hello to one lady and she acted like I was bothering her. Bathroom shower was dirty and stained, hair foliage that wasn’t ours all over the bathroom.

The woman at checkin was in distress. She had a hard time to check us in. She was having a mental breakdown I think. After about 10 mins we finally got our key. The room wasn’t too bad as far as cleanliness but the hot water and cold water are on the wrong side.

A Joke of a Hotel

This hotel is disgusting. The photos are effectively a lie. I arrived to find the guy behind the counter checking me in on some kind of incident bridge or something (conf call). His phone was blasting while he spoke to me. I think he was working another job at the same time. My room was gross with stained bedding and hair everywhere. There was a desk, but no chair for the desk. The sink drain was clogged and hair and refuse came back up into the sink when you used it. The AC/heater unit squeaked and knocked. Even the internet didn't work. We had to contact support even though "it's working for everyone else". A joke of a hotel run by apparent fraudsters. Stay away.

Just across from Wallace State Junior College. very convenient if you are going to an event there and need a place to stay. Food locations very close by.

The front desk lady was very nice!! We teased and kidded back and forth. Room was clean, somehow we were booked with a handicap room. That’s fine, no issues!! Breakfast was mostly your usual foods. Friend missed having eggs. The gravy was cold, informed the lady, she heated it back up and when we had more, it was better. Bless this lady, she was doing the work of 3 people - good lady!! If we go back to Cullman, we’ll stay there. There’s a “hole in the wall” restaurant, Pops, that serves the best home cooked lunch. He’s also open for breakfast, we didn’t have his but he’ll put your breakfast to shame I’m sure. He makes chicken and dumplings from scratch!! Excellent food!!
