"Our whole Kauai experience was spectacular! This home, the Kalalau trail, the beaches, sunsets, the Slow-Yourself-Down one-lane bridges vibe, and the weather. We felt blessed! Quaint little Hanalei was a sweet spot for our 18 year old daughter. Ahh, and the shave ice!! We loved reading everyone's reviews for this home during the year we waited for this dream trip to come true. Found everything just as described, very comfortable and relaxing. "At the Tiki Hut you feel like you have really escaped from your ordinary life. The gardens are beautiful and tranquil, filled with birds, tropical flowers, green geckos and anoles. The living room lanai is a serene start to the day with morning coffee and the bedroom lanai and hot tub a perfect, relaxing bookend to each day. It is perfectly situated by Tunnels Beach near the end of the north shore road but close enough to Hanalei and Princeville for dinners out and exploring. The Tiki Hut has everything someone would need and more, for cooking, relaxing, hiking and beach days. I don’t want to go into detail so you can be as surprised as I was at Toni’s attention to every detail. Toni is a lovely person and has a genuine desire to make every visitor’s experience as perfect as possible. Her sweet dog Samson would greet us daily and spend relaxing times with us on the lanai. We are already scheduling our calendars to return next year. "
