A newly built rural accommodation, but without losing all the charm of a traditional building, with the possibility of renting per room, apartment or complete house.

It is situated only 3 km from the regional capital Cuenca and has easy access for the surrounding mountain range. The house was built on 750 m2 of land, and has a front terrace, barbecue, garden, vegetable garden.

Para repetir!!

La casa preciosa, muy limpia, espaciosa, con un baño por habitación, muy cómoda, ideal para familia, amigos, niños, adultos... Lo único que falta un poquito de mantenimiento de zonas comunes (jardín) y algunos detalles de la casa (pintura...) y el suelo de la piscina resbala un poco. Pero volvería a ir a la casa una y otra vez. De hecho es la segunda vez que vamos. Y Luz encantadora!!

Vecinos que les molesta el ruido

Si no fuese porque nos rayaron los coches a la mayoria de los que estuvimos pasando el finde pues hubiera sido finde genial Empezando porque a la vecina le molestaba la música, que desde luego no estaba alta, fuimos con niñas pequeñas q dormian la siesta y ni dentro de la propia casa se escuchaba nada de jaleo ni de música, dudo q se escuchara algo en los alrededores, bajamos la música, y cuando salimos a la calle al cabo de 2 h nos habian rayado los coches

La casa genial , muy grande , muy limpia , menaje de sobra para todos. No faltaba detalle de nada . Alquilamos la casa completa para 9 adultos y 6 niños . Luz, un encanto. Nos dio facilidades para la entrada , para la salida . La verdad que hemos pasado un fin de semana genial disfrutando de la casa , y también disfrutando de una buena ruta por cuenca .la ubicación es perfecta porque estás aislado en un pueblecito pero a la vez súper cerca de cuenca . Apenas 5 min en coche . Recomendable 100%. Seguro repetimos

Puente Perfecto!!

Fuimos a pasar el puente 10 amigos, lo pasamos increíble, tiene un porche muy acogedor y un jardín maravilloso, todo muy bien cuidado, de las mejores cosas que tiene la casa son sus 6 aseos sin dejar a un lado la compañía de las gallinas y tortugas Un 10 para la anfitriona y para la casa, lo único malo el día de irse jeje Seguro que repetiremos!!

Una casa estupenda para un gran grupo de amigos.

Casa muy amplia y muy bien equipada. Decorada con buen gusto y con muchos cuartos de baño. La piscina pequeña pero muy refrescante. El área de la barbacoa es un pintazo. Lo único que yo le podría criticar es que hay muchas moscas y avispas.

La casa nos ha encantado. Era muy grande con un jardín espectacular y además estaba ubicada en una zona muy tranquilo. Magnífica estancia

Pasamos 4 días muy agradables con amigos; la casa excelente, las fotos no hacen justicia. El jardín y la piscina la mejor parte y a los pavos les acabamos cogiendo cariño. Está en una zona muy tranquila y cerca de Cuenca para hacer turismo si se desea. Muy buen recibimiento y la anfitriona muy simpática y siempre disponible ante cualquier percance. Repetiremos seguro

La casa esta espectacular, tiene de todo y es muy grande. Está ubicada en una zona muy tranquila. Estaba todo muy limpio y el trato fué buenísimo. Los niños dicen que lo que mas les gusto fueron las gallinas, el pavo real y el suelo radiante, ya que podían ir descalzos por la casa. Volveremos!!
