Another wonderful stay at the cabin

Our 3rd time at this property and there is not much more to say. We love this property, the location, the view, the river, the dock, the property owner and the facilities. We had a wonderful week and caught a ton of fish, swam with some manatees and enjoyed some down time on the river. It was a great break.

Beautiful and Affordable

Cabin by the Sea is a spacious, beautiful and affordably priced place. We especially enjoyed the lovely views, covered parking, well appointed kitchen, location directly on the Crystal River and cleanliness throughout. Highly recommend.

Fabulous Location; A Great Condo

We had a wonderful time. You will enjoy the condo, the view, the neighborhood, and the wildlife. The condo is well laid out and has all the amenities you will need for your stay. The view of the river was lovely. We spent a lot of time on the balcony. The neighborhood was perfect for short walks. For longer walks, there are many trails around Crystal River. We enjoyed watching eagles, manatee, otter, dolphin, even a little alligator. There was a ramp to launch our boat right next door. Very convenient. Dan was a gem to work with. Super responsive. We will be back!

We love staying here. The condo is super clean and is spacious! Everything is decorated nicely. There is a nice common pool area in the condo complex with a pool, pool table, tennis court, basketball hoop, and ping pong table. We always enjoy our stay!

A "peace" of Paradise

We thought we might be bored being out of town 4 miles but coming from winter in Ohio it was such a peaceful stress-free oasis. The views of the river and wildlife were entertaining and the bed was very comfortable. Dan was understanding when we asked to change our dates early on. Other than one night without electricity(much of the area was out) and initial cable problems we had no complaints.

Location! Location! Location!

This property is everything portrayed, and more! A comfortable place in a quiet area, the location takes it up a notch. The deck looks out over a beautiful part of the Crystal River. We saw manatees almost every day, and dolphins several times. This location is central to the beach, kayaking and restaurants. Dan was very accommodating and easy to work with. If you're looking to spend time in the Crystal River area, you will not find a better deal. If you have a chance to stay here, you will be more than happy with it!

Awesome experience our second time at this property

Spent another wonderful week in Crystal River for Thanksgiving. This condo is beautiful and the views are amazing. The owner is a joy to work with and the place is perfect. We swam with a ton of manatees and enjoyed fishing and boat riding every day. The slip for the boat worked out amazingly well as we didn't have to fool with putting it in the water and taking it out every day. This is our second year in a row at this property and we absolutely love it.

An outstanding rental in every respect

Cabin By The Sea is an outstanding rental at a very reasonable rate. My family of six from Virginia stayed there the first two weeks of January, 2016. The condominium is spacious, clean, and modern. It is in a quiet, secure, very nice gated community. The wide-water view of the Crystal River is beautiful. The rental includes a boat dock. A public boat launching ramp is next door. Shopping in the town of Crystal River is a short seven to ten minute drive. Crystal River is close to many attractions and is an easy day-trip commute to Orlando, Tampa, and Clearwater. Dan, the owner, was very polite and responsive to all inquiries, I highly recommend this rental unit. We hope to stay there again in the future.
