Public parking on the road. Shop 200 m, supermarket 2 km, restaurant 200 m, bus stop 2 km, sandy beach "Plage de Morgat" 10 m, indoor swimming pool 100 m. Marina 1.2 km, sailing school 1.2 km.
"Les Embruns", 3-room house 75 m2 on 2 levels. Beautiful and rustic furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace and dining table. Exit to the terrace. Small kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 double bed (90 cm, length 190 cm). Shower/WC, double hand-basin. Electric heating. Terrace, south facing position. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (2). Beautiful view of the sea, the port and the bay. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot, hair dryer. Herrliche Lage

Das Haus hat eine unglaublich schöne Lage. Die Terasse ist groß und direkt am Meer. Bäckerei und Supermarkt ist zu Fuß erreichbar Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Die Küche ist etwas klein, aber uns hat es nicht gestört.
