Beautiful property and really kind hosts. Lovely well appointed room and great stay. SO much better than Premier Inn/Travel Lodge and only a little extra in cost which included breakfast! Would stay here again.

Comfortable friendly B&B with delicious breakfast

The corner house was a perfect refuge on our Lands End to John o’Groats bike trip. We arrived after a wet day’s cycling and were welcomed into warm and comfortable surroundings. The local pub was great for an evening meal and breakfast at the B&B the following day was delicious and filling, and featured plenty of home-grown and made jams etc. The hosts were very attentive throughout and we really enjoyed bantering over breakfast! Very comfortable and highly recommended.

Lovely couple running a wonderful B&B. Fantastic garden and very serene environment. The breakfast is superb. Jean's home made jams and marmalade are fantastic. Highly recommended

Absolutly supperb, we could not find one negative observation .Breakfast really was a full farmhouse feast with a walk arround the pretty gardens to settle it down after.

Allan and Jean went out of their way to make me feel welcome and comfortable. The house is situated in a small village a few miles from Crewe. There are no shops or restaurants nearby but good meals are available from the pub walking distance down the road. It is perfect for those wanting a quiet rural retreat.

The property was good and the garden fabulous. The bedroom that we had, had an en-suite which measured some 80cm wide (width of the shower cabinet) x 200cm, which meant standing in the bedroom to get dried after a shower, and stand outside the centrally positioned sink to brush your teeth. This added to the quaintness of the place, but could be annoying if you stayed for ay length of time.

Best B&B to date

This place is without doubt the best b&b I have stayed, and I would challenge anyone to find anything better for cost, I would have expected double there fee. I would also like to say how wonderfull the owners are, and would recommend anyone who is visiting the area to try out this charming place 😊
