Do you ever wonder where most of the locals live? CB South is the place! This townhome is for sale and you could live here too! Come and enjoy the relaxation of this townhome. Please make yourselves at home; enjoy the living room for family gatherings, kitchen for family meals and master bedroom, guest room and bunk room for sleeping up to eight guest, 2 1/2 bathrooms with shower in the master and combination shower/tub downstairs. The townhome has ceiling fan throughout, Air-Conditioning (which is rare up here), Garage (another coveted feature up here) Internet services a DVD player and a flatscreen TV. There's also a laundry room with a washer and dryer ironing board and iron.
Get your family and friends arranged on the first floor to the bedrooms that they choose. The bedrooms are right next to each other one housing, a queen bed and electric fireplace, and the other one has two sets of twin bunk beds. The bathroom is shared in the hall and has a tub/shower. Making everything easier, the laundry area is next to the bathroom.
Head upstairs to the kitchen and living room area. The master bedroom with king bed is just off of the kitchen and has a balcony. Wake in the morning to step outside and allow the mountains to greet you first before anyone else interrupts the beginning of your glorious day. The master bath has a walk-in shower and can be easily closed off from the master bedroom and kitchen area.
There is a half bath, just off of the living room so no one should ever need to be interrupted.
We believe this is a place of rest, peace, and relaxation. It is a place to commune with God in the big Rocky Mountains while enjoying a small-town atmosphere. This is the place to get re-centered on the most important things in life – relationship with our Creator, our family, and friends. Please make yourselves at home.
