Perfect apartment for a typical mountain vacation! Surrounded by greenery, with large terraces facing the mountains, in a quiet residence composed of several buildings all within a small private and fenced park. The apartment is on the ground floor relative to the pedestrian entrance (only 5 low steps) and is all on one level.
It has an anteroom that leads to the kitchen straight ahead and to the right to the living room with a fireplace, the central area of the apartment which opens onto a beautiful small terrace with mountain views, large enough to accommodate lounge chairs or a dining table. The sleeping area includes a bedroom with a double bed and bunk bed, and a bathroom with a bathtub. The property also includes a private garage with one parking space, right below the apartment.
The apartment is equipped with a washing machine, gas stove and oven, microwave, pod coffee machine, large flat-screen TV, and internet. The standard supply includes sheets and towels, shampoo and shower gel, a kitchen equipped for 4 people with a small welcome kit of salt-oil-pepper.
The apartment is managed by Nativoo, a benefit company that pursues measurable and concrete sustainability objectives in its statute. The apartment is part of the  NativooForGood project which pursues sustainable development goals for short-term rentals in the territory of Lake Como and Valsassina. . City Tax: We remind you that at check-in you might have to pay the tourist city tax, according to the season. Check-in: Check-in at the property is allowed only after all guests have been registered and the contract has been signed. The standard check-in window is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM; guests are kindly requested to send a message at least 12 hours in advance, specifying a 30-minute time slot for their expected arrival.  
For late check-in, availability must be confirmed by sending a request to the House Manager.  
Where available, guests may opt for self check-in; however, in this case, they must contact the property to arrange an in-person meeting within the following 24 hours. .
