Come see a new to VRBO future "most loved" home. My home is located just off of Walker Creek on the Live Oak Island side of Walker creek. The home is elevated 30ft above sea level for a stunning views of Goose creek bay on side of the house and Walker creek on the other side of the house. My house is a 1br /1ba home with canals on 3 sides for you to dock a boat or kayak. The 1 bed room is large and contains 2 queen beds just like a hotel room. There's a full Kitchen and a 77" OLED and 55" TV

Poorly maintained old boats, jet skis in driveway, no table or stools. Fans thick with dust, dryer lint overflowing with lint which is a fire hazard. Laundry piled up, toaster rusted and dirty. Was peaceful and great view.
Closet no hangers but dirty blanket and stuff in bedroom closet
Thick dust glad we didn't use it but fireplace heaters were excellent thank you

House was perfect for the 3 of us. Had everything we needed and being able to use the boat slip across the street was awesome!!!! Would definitely rent this house again.

Scenic, yes. Bay and marsh views, yes. We saw a bobcat and a bald eagle from the front porch. Porch tables grimy. The house is 30 steps up. Porch only partially screened against mosquitoes.Clean inside but smelled bad. We didn’t bring our dog after all so our dog wasn’t the problem. Air purifier and refrigerator filter alerts said filters needed changing. Refrigerator had old food and unused vet supplies so we thought the host probably didn’t clean after the last guest so we were suspicious of the towels and sheets. Coffee maker was grimy, especially where the water goes. We didn’t use the Keurig, washer, nor dryer. There was no dining table, no potholders, no can opener, one plate, no silverware, but plenty of paper and plastic ware. There was no place outside to put the garbage. The host claimed the house sleeps six. Maybe two queen beds could sleep six small people?Shell Point Beach, St. Mark’s, and Wakulla Springs are all within a reasonable drive. Access to kayaks would be nice. This house is a gem and deserves gem-worthy treatment. If the admittedly new host addresses its deficiencies and doesn’t expect his guests to also clean and wash for him, he will cash in for sure.
