All the extras: the special gift for my dog, bedding that was breathable and not a rubber mattress or polyester blanket, pleasant staff who were very helpful, well laid out bathrooms, extra amenities, like body wash, shampoo and conditioner, Kleenex, recycling bin, a library/lounge room, decent breakfast.

Staff was friendly and very helpful when checking in. However it was a very disappointing experience! Travelled to have a relaxing weekend to celebrate our engagement. Advertised hot tub was not in service. Day after we arrived the sauna was out of order. Restaurant was closed. Beds were so hard we could hardly move when we got up. And the hot tub & sauna weren’t in service! Breakfast snack was terrible. Dry muffins, a couple pieces of fruit in a bowl. No yogurt as advertised. Coffee was weak like dirty water. Should’ve received a substantial discount when advertised amenities are not available.

The staff at this hotel are all amazing. They were able to accomodate an early check in due to being rained out at the hill. The amenities are plenty. Would highly recommend.

Convenient to the ice arena. For pet friendly rooms, make sure you bring a pet bed and pet dishes as the hotel doesn’t seem to provide anymore.
