Management was very proactive and emailed that the unit was available earlier than 4pm check in, which we were very grateful for. The house guide which was sent before arrival, said that firewood would not be provided, and we found that the wall heating wasn’t enough to warm the downstairs living/kitchen area. After discussion with management, firewood was delivered at the beginning of our second night. Once the house was warm, our stay was very comfortable. It is necessary to bring groceries, as Jindabyne is the closest option, and you will need basics as only Salt, pepper, olive oil and coffee pods were provided. Beds were very comfortable, and the location is beautiful as well as very accessible to the ski tube.Have stayed in a few properties here now and whilst this was fine the others we have stayed in had a few more welcoming touches. Back again in 6 weeks time and staying in another one so looking forward toAnother ski holiday.
